it’s cause you said I wasn’t really trans until I showed you literal proof; and still you call me ‘trans’. People can still be trans without being on meds, I know more than enough homeless or tenuously housed trans girls who struggle to keep their prescriptions filled regularly- or at all. Guess what, plenty of them wouldn’t agree with your politics either. Doesn’t make them no longer trans.
Deciding that you’re the cis arbiter of who’s trans and who isn’t does make you a transphobe though.

No I’ve decided you’re not trans because you’re a proven liar, but you’ve already established that you struggle with context. Multiple times, actually — very common affliction amongst pathological liars.
