Does the company make any money? Like are you advertising or accepting paid subscriptions, or getting funding of any kind?

up to 4 could be 1 to be honest. It’s volunteer and this is a non entity. Therefore the responsibility falls on the person that’s running the podcast to work within the framework and treat people fairly. There could be a rotation of hosts too as well. So this would limit burnout
