    Dismantle the business, throw the execs in prison for life and seize their funds.

      If they are in prison the next fascist can just pardon them like Trump has done for all of the Jan 6th rioters plus everyone else he has pardoned.

        The solution to that is reform of the government, so that a fascist takeover is harder to do, and the head of state doesn’t have the power to undermine the Judiciary, not killing and mutilating people.
