I mean, it’s not really an accurate title. What was cut off can’t be restored. Sure, you can stretch the skin to be something like a foreskin, but it doesn’t have the nerve endings that were removed.

It’s the commonly used term, op didn’t make it up for this post, that’s just what people call it. The wikipedia article he linked uses the term in the title. I personally learned about this at r/foreskinrestoration. Besides, who’s gonna downvote over semantics? My bet is still on prudes.
