  I am in a program that requires licensure or an internship in order to obtain the licensure I need. It will be done come December, January at the latest, but I’ve just been absolutely miserable.

    You have an end point that’s pretty close, and that’s great! If you know that your load will lighten up after, keep at it.

    Rely on your partner and friends for connection and help you through it. Be frank about your feelings. The people who turn to alcohol and adultery because of stress are the people that have been unfortunately told to keep it in and shoulder everything on their own, or unfortunately don’t have support. Find support and healthy outlets rather than turning to destructive substances or actions that are hard to take back.
