Comment on Energy retailers to be directed to offer free power three hours a day

It may seem like everyone has solar panels, but alas we don’t. For two-thirds of us, this would not be free anyway.

And if you don’t, you’ll be paying more outside of these 3 hours to make up for the “free” 3 hours.
