Triumph@fedia.io 1 day agoI'm okay with that, apparently. They were great. I find that the crinkle cut, because it increases the surface to volume ratio, provides for more thorough cooking as well as additional crispiness.

Are they actual cut crinkle fries from a potato or are they like, formed potato matter because I could see the first one being pretty good. I will miss the straight cut with the potato skin on it from before though, yum.

They need to be named something different. Fries are made from cut potatoes. If you’re pressing potato starch it’s different and shouldn’t be called fries.
