Comment on An eggy smell is horrible if it comes unexpectedly, but arguably pleasant if you're eating an egg mayo sandwich

I prefer a smoked roe spread in my egg sandwiches. Gives them a tasty saltyness that matches very well with the eggs. Not sure what mayonnaise would add flavour wise. Wouldn’t it be mostly egg with egg?
