Comment on Apple Banned an App That Simply Archived Videos of ICE Abuses
Lfrith@lemmy.ca 9 hours agoWish there was a way to make our own phones as opposed to be continuing to be at the mercy of OEMs who build phones without the intention of people running custom roms. Wish it was like PCs where we could pick and choose our own parts without having to buy prebuilts.

there was a project with that in mind, was going to be something like the Framework laptops, but it didn’t take off.
