  I think it is just the people in armor since it looks like a photoshop of the image partway down this article. Seeing the original image before would have helped, but I only read about the building being burned in Nepal.

      No, there is no deep meaning. I’ve updated the post body to clarify:

      Every time I would scroll [too fast] past an image of the burning Nepal parliament building, I would see something like this.

      …so now you can see it too. Though the thought behind the title was that someone might be scrolling too fast (much like me) and presume that this is the same ol’ parliament burning image… maybe that is what you are picking up on?
