Using the bathroom should never be charged for. Ever.
If you have a GI disease and you don’t happen to have 7 cents, or the network is down, or the power is out, you accidentally lost your phone, or a million other things that could go wrong with this, the alternatives are dehumanizing.
You’re kidding, right? Just make the restroom paid…50¢ or whatever the equivalent reasonable price is there. Cash or tap. Not make it impossible to wipe your ass if you have a dead battery, bad connection, no phone, whatever.

And this type of mentality is why people did nothing when Sony and Nintendo decided to start charging for multiplayer. And why companies keep doing shrinkflation and getting away with it for other products.
They never seem to see an issue with being bent over, and keep defending it and finding reasons to justify being charged for everything.
