Say what you will about Reddit, but there is tons of information on that platform that’s not available anywhere else.

Tldr : almost no waste. What little waste there is, is much lower radiation, and even that radiation has a half life of around a decade.

Gotta pump up those usage numbers somehow. Before long, it’ll be on the login screen

I bought a dresser that actually came pre-stained in an orange color. We did a glass top on it to help protect it, and it looks new still to this day.
- Comment on Mom with the real questions 2 weeks ago:
I understand the hate of Ikea’s cheap furniture. They also have plenty of solid wood furniture as well. Maybe not multigenerational quality, but they do have plenty of buy it for life versions that have survived several moves.

I did this. The only thing I took from my grandparents when we had to sell was the dining table. Too many memories to let go, and it’s solid wood. Its a 4 seat table but expands to 6 if needed. Perfect size. Fuck those matching chairs though. Solid wood too, but my god, they are so bulky, heavy, ugly and uncomfortable. We went and got cheap, modern chairs instead, and it actually worked out really well.
My inlaws have a GIANT 10/12 person table with matching high back solid wood chairs that they beg for the family to take when they are gone. None of us will have space for it and will see it more than likely donated/dumped.

My one issue with Alters was if you make certain decisions with what to produce or work on, at certain points, I had to roll back pretty far to undo them to just survive upcoming events. Really cool game otherwise.

Even those variations have minimal or no overlap on store shelves. It’s still way fewer models to deal with regardless.
- Comment on PS5 ROM Keys Leaked: Sony’s Unpatchable Security Nightmare (2026) | The CyberSec Guru 2 weeks ago:
Coming from previous console hacks…
It generally does require a halfway decent techie background to hack a console (or anything, like jailbreaking a phone). At the very least, being able to follow guides exactly to the letter or risk bricking a device.
Generally speaking, hacking a console will not let you play online.
You generally don’t want to put a hacked console on the internet at all to keep it from being potentially flagged from the parent service like PSN
Now, this could all be different depending on the actual hack, but it’s what’s been true for previous ones.

Consoles have extremely limited variations, less variables to mess with. A ps5 is a ps5, but a Samsung Galaxy 25 isn’t the same as a Samsung Galaxy FE25
- Comment on YSK Tempur Mattresses fail quickly and the warranty is fake 2 weeks ago:
I work in this industry, and Tempur is notorious for declining a warranty. Every claim I ever heard tried for compressed foam is declined due to “normal wear and tear” or other cause such as this.
- Comment on How come laptops or pc's don't have a "webcam" facing both ways instead of just the user? 3 weeks ago:
There have been several laptops/tablet pcs that have done this. Microsoft Surface and its clones from HP, Dell, Lenovo etc. did this.
- Comment on Rear LCD Projection? 3 weeks ago:
Typically, rear projection does have noticeable input lag. Some games back in the day, like Guitar Hero, had settings to adjust game speed to compensate.

- Comment on Survey reveals most people are holding onto their phones for a long time, and it makes sense 3 weeks ago:
I have an FE 20 model, same gen. It was a high/midrange model that took their flagship and basically sized down and removed a couple gifs of ram. It has never let me down, and even years later, I still don’t need anything better. I will keep using it until security updates stop.

The first time I ever used a firewire port, I thought it was black magic compared to usb. It was INSANELY faster and super consistent speed. It was the same level of wow as the first time I used an SSD vs HDD.

Lol, I completely misread the comment. I’ll leave my comment because now in context I sound crazy.

I’ll skip the rest of your comment, but you saying humans only sweat in certain regions is insane. If I am out in below freezing weather working, I sweat. You think outdoor construction workers in Canada dont sweat? Everyone sweats no matter where they live.

This is me with Overwatch. My game sense helped me so much more than click head skills. I would support main and shot call and it was a huge game changer. I eventually went to dps role and was amazed and how effective I actually was just from literal years playing backline and knowing how most games would flow and who to target. I eventually outranked my support and tank roles in dps despite being mediocre from a skill standpoint.
