    Of course people don’t know about the guy who killed a Dem lawmaker, shot another and was on his way to kill others on his list. Really shows the right’s grip on the media.

      It’s interesting you point that out. It seems it shows the grip of Reddit and Lemmy as well. Since I am not in the US I am not in touch with their regular news outlets and media. I’ve never seen the Dem shooter before. Somehow he wasn’t that talked about.

        The right does a much better job of repeating a topic ad nauseum. Which successfully creates the illusion that “both sides are equally bad”, e.g. see how many people know about every file in hunter Bidens laptop vs what people know about Trump’s attempt to steal the 2020 election (fake electors scheme etc)…
