The design saving system also needs to allow sharing designs.
There definitely needs to be a ship marketplace where people upload their designs and can be listed by popularity. To download and use it, it would just cost you the cost of all the parts. Easy.
Sorta easy, except the class of the powerplant (A, B, C) should maybe restrict you.
