California has 10x the GDP of Denmark btw
However Denmark has higher standards ie metric and universal healthcare being in use. Wouldn’t it be better to have more access to the European market?
California in the EU would be quite the mind bender, unless you’re referring to Denmark being an import vector.
The European Union is not solely confined to Europe check French Guiana, Cyprus, Canary Islands and Reunion.
Politically, I don’t see it happening in any of the 3 states tho.
