That's just the districts. The number of reps is census bases and changes every 10 years because we do a census poll every 10 years.
No, Trump ratfucked the last census in Dem states to undercount the population on purpose. Source: I lived through it. There were some headlines when it happened, but the fuckery wasn’t discussed that much since everyone was dying of COVID.
