Yes and no yes in the fact that propaganda is meant not to change your mind directly but put out so many lies that it overloads critical thinking of a population. All ai does is make it so easy for anyone to do that. No in the fact for the individual if you vet your sources and stay away from algorithm powered feeds or feeds in general.
