I’m also curious as to what the subterfuge is, but I won’t touch anything Musk is involved in with a ten-foot bargepole if I can help it. I’m not naïve enough to believe there’s no subterfuge going on, and a man who openly supports Tommy Robinson (AKA Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon) has absolutely no business being anywhere near any important infrastructure, in my opinion.

I’m with you. My curiosity has me looking at it, but he’s very much unscrupulous and only out to make profit. Especially given the troubles he’s put his car business into. It’s sad that Britain Gas is such a cluster fuck that anyone can waltz in and we all pay attention hoping for something to upset the status quo.

British Gas is a mess, although we’d still have to deal with that regardless of what Tesla does; they have no plans to offer gas at the moment, just electricity.

To be fair, most people don’t need gas. A forward thinking government would convert everyone to heat pumps out of it’s own pocket. Within 50 years it’d pay itself off and in the meantime we’d be close to energy independence.
