Do they? I haven’t checked, but men and women do tend to focus on slightly different things: men tend to focus more on upper body and building mass, women tend to focus more on lower body and toning. There’s a lot of overlap for the basic compound exercises, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there are some differences.

I believe they have pretty much the same sets and all that it might just be a difference in which ones it suggests to you.
