I really think that’s a bad take on someone being willfully and obviously petty. I’m not having a crisis in trying to get an apology and get rid of a pest.
It’s gross to say anyone being rude has a mental issue dude, I’m just an asshole who someone poked too many times.
Ya huh, I so go away and they annoy me for a week then say rude shit about my mother and I’m the bad person I gotcha.
That said I’ll say the same thing to you. That’s gross, you’re not a psychologist and of you were they’ll tell you not to make those assessments of people you don’t know and have never met.
Similarly you’ll notice they haven’t complained, they know why it’s happening and how to stop it. They choose not to, let them have their choice.
