    My missing foreskin says yes. While not a requiremt to be part of the church it was widely practised when I grew up, as was being removed from the church when divorced.

      I think it depends, as far as I know, the official catholic church aka Vatikan does not allow mutilation of any sorts, but regional variance applies. As in the US Catholics church does not forbid their members from circumcision and at times may encourage it because they think it is more hygienic.
