I don’t know the details. I do know that preparing it has a few steps to remove it through boiling. And even then, there’s residual content. Amanita is not to trifled with without proper guidance, and even then there’s risk and side effects.
Stick to psylocybe, as long as you are positive of the ID, you’d need to eat a gargantuan amount to have it actually poison you. And you don’t get the runs.
