Comment on YSK that apart from not having a car, the single greatest thing you can do for the climate is simply eating less red meat
American meat is full of poison and is pretty disgusting.
which is crazy, because EU meat is basically the same price but much better quality.
It’s still from factory farms with very cruel living conditions, which is why it can be so cheap.
