This should be related to the Bosnian war, that happened 30 years ago. The 30th anniversary of Srebrenica massacre will be in this month, as it happened between July 11 and 31 in 1995

There was a girl in my middle school that started around that time and she said she was from Bosnia. She mentioned a conflict but didn’t go into details. She wrote her name on my bookbag. I had a crush on her, but didn’t say anything. That is all.

Hmm. There’s only 1 thing I know about top gear. That presenter guy, the old one, what’s his name? His father-in-law was awarded a Victoria’s Cross for actions during the Battle of Arnhem; the famous a bridge too far. 7 VCs were awarded in that battle, but he was the only one who made it out alive.
I wonder if that ever became awkward. Like guy comes home and says:

Jeremy Carkson was married to Frances Cain 1993-2014. Her dad, Robert Henry Cain died in 1974, so they shouldn’t know each other.
