I started from Youtube’s Japanese auto subtitles and fixed them (mostly proper nouns, homophones and some missing words), then ran them thru DeepL and adjusted the translation.

If you happen to look for translation tools, there is also MiraiTranslate, and nowadays all those LLMs (ChatGPT and alike) can do a good job too.
