No, they only have some very limited protections, not as broad as the US’s (that worked before January 20, 2025, at least), for example, “Hate Speech” is not protected. But their uncodified constitution can be easily amended with a simple 50%+1 majority anyways, so it wouldn’t have mattered. The parliament could just change it if they wanted to.
