This is a VERY new slang, simply meaning they find it humorous (“translated” directly to this is making me laugh). It is very similar in meaning to

Proud of myself, not cause I’m old, but because I managed to guess the intention of the word first try. Excited to see people say frying more often, maybe it’ll be on those “banned words list” posts.
