No wrong in the US cops are likely to show up and kill you. Happens all the time cops are called for wellness check end up shopping and killing said person. Happen twice in my state alone. One of the instances they torture the poor woman before hand.

Hey, man … could be worse.
In the US, you get the same deal, except the cops will then haul you off to a mental hospital for an involuntary psych hold … which will then charge you for it.

This is not hyperbole, in case anyone was curious.
Cops came, were rough with me, ambulance took me to a psych ward where I was stripped, put into a hospital gown of sorts and the grippy socks. I was held there for 3 days and forced to take meds.
Shits expensive.
Also, I’m not better, just better at masking it because I don’t want to do that shit again.
