threeganzi@sh.itjust.works 1 day agoI think you’re thinking of tear gas rounds. Trying to bounce rubber bullets sounds less predictable. But yeah, don’t shoot this close, especially not at a peaceful citizen.

Nah, it’s the non lethal rounds they fire, but it sounds like there are newer ones.
Originally, they were intended to be bounced off the ground.
Looks like LAPD now use some that are intended to be bounced off the ground now, and some that are meant to be fired directly at the target.
