Comment on Shooting an unarmed woman who was just trying to walk home: just LAPD things

Manufacturers of “less lethal” rubber rounds do not consider them safe at that range. They’re considered very dangerous with a high risk of death within about 10 meters.
That’s a seriously injured, unarmed, citizen and not only do they not lift a finger to help they seem to fire at the woman trying to help her.

You’re also supposed to bounce them off the ground. Never a direct hit.

I think you’re thinking of tear gas rounds. Trying to bounce rubber bullets sounds less predictable. But yeah, don’t shoot this close, especially not at a peaceful citizen.

Nah, it’s the non lethal rounds they fire, but it sounds like there are newer ones.
Originally, they were intended to be bounced off the ground.
Looks like LAPD now use some that are intended to be bounced off the ground now, and some that are meant to be fired directly at the target.

Wait, so LAPD is armed with nerf guns?
