Cops FAIL hard when it matters. All the time.
Thats not a failure. You can see it raising its weapon to take a pot shot. It’s deliberately doing atrocities.
I mean they are failing at their jobs.
Nope. Functioning as intended.
The purpose of a system is what it does.
This is how they’re trained though. Especially those departments who were trained by the idf

I see a lot about IDF training and its a factor but lets not fall into the trap of “israel’s fault!!”
American cops do plenty of their own homegrown atrocity training
