This is just the Iraq-Iran War on steroids. Two countries absolutely butchering their youth in a vainglorious attempt to claim hegemony over a minefield.

There are no “two countries butchering”. There is no symmetry.

There is a bandit state which invaded their neighbour (like many other neighbours they invaded before) and are murdering civilians, commiting war crimes and kidnapping children.

    It’s all they know. You either agree or you’re a computer trying to trick them.
    
    But that’s just westerners since the turn of the century. They’ve abolished public education, outlawed free speech, and turned their whole world into pop up ads.
    
    They’re sick and drowning. And all they know is blaming foreigners for their home grown problems.

Some fear that speaking out might prompt a letter from the Defense Ministry announcing their call-up.
