Could be; looking at their webstore they definitely sell similar stuff but nothing Aboriginal as far as I can tell.

Actually I used to have a Kookaburra hand puppet similar to one they’re selling but mine was of better quality for sure… Unfortunately that one was lost to time

Is it filled with sand? Reminds me of a sand filled one but they were usually more gecko shaped

  No, it feels more like really dense synthetic stuffing.
  
  Makes me think it wasn’t really meant for children because it’s not really that cuddly, although I don’t know if it’s always been this way.
