jeffw@lemmy.world 10 months agoDarn, someone else beat me to it, but as they said, this was largely debunked. We already knew that data is collected every time you say “Siri”. That’s not the same as constant and passive data collection without activation.

Jokes aside. I agreed with their point that there are many reasons to be vigilant, independent from the proven fact that phones are listening.
