He “dies” in all the games too. It’s on brand for the series in my opinion.

As much as I loved him in the Sonic movies I really hope they don’t bring him back for number four. He’s died twice now but that second one was actually a really good death.

Yeah I really can’t see how they could bring him back in a way that seems plausible. Really enjoyed Carrey’s performance though
