I think anyone with half a brain would realize that disrupting a company event and calling your boss a “genocide profiteer” will definitely get you fired. Which, I assume, was the point of their protest. But you can’t talk about politics at work and act surprised when there are consequences
A normal well adjusted person wouldn’t work for a genocide enabling company in first place.
Being against genocide is not political.
