There is an argument for that to an extent.
Microsoft’s support of Israel’s genocide is an exception and has been a long time for anyone with a modicum of ethics.

I think anyone with half a brain would realize that disrupting a company event and calling your boss a “genocide profiteer” will definitely get you fired. Which, I assume, was the point of their protest. But you can’t talk about politics at work and act surprised when there are consequences
