Ive had signal running on my phone for years, its the only way my partner and i text eachother, and i dont think ibe e ever had to enter my pin. Maybe once.

This reminds me of how Signal nags you constantly about entering your PIN, Only to find out it’s not a requirement, they’re just trying to help you memorize it.

What is signal? To me when I hear someone refer to signals they are referring to a gas station chain called signals. Which also have payment machines for credit cards that will prompt you to enter your card’s pin but you can just hit the enter button without putting in your pin in order to process the purchase as credit card payment and not as an atm card payment.
If you are referring to a different company, product or service that isnt the gas station signals, than I am absolutely delighted at this mix up and how much the two have crossed verbiage uses. 🤣🍻
