I’ve never seen anyone else looking for bad anime to listen to before! I have a few suggestions:

• Tales of Byston Well: Garzey’s Wing is possibly the worst dub I’ve ever seen, and I don’t think it was a good show in the original Japanese either. Bonus points for having been directed by someone famous.
• Cipher (1989): This is basically an hour-long music video with a bit of English dialogue. It seems to expect that you’ve already read the manga because it doesn’t seem likely someone would enjoy it otherwise.
• Crystal Triangle: I don’t remember this one too well. I think it was a pretty generic adventure where the main characters just go from place to place chasing a mcguffin and experience various anime action sequences. No clue whether a dub exists for it.
• The Way of the Househusband: this one is a little sad because it’s based off a really funny manga but it’s basically not animated at all. I don’t actually know if there’s an English dub, but if there is this would be the perfect thing for someone to listen to but not watch.
