I can imagine why he said that, if your fanbase exists entirely of teenagers. Have you ever walked into a high-school classroom with 30 anxious teenagers doing a diffucult, but important test? Now imagine that classroom has not 30, but 3000 students sweating and hormoning up the place. Ugh!
