ayyy@sh.itjust.works 3 weeks agoI’m sure there’s some bullshit fine print about binding arbitration. It’s so cool that corporations can just say “we waive your fundamental rights because we feel like it” and it’s just…legal. Greatest country on earth.

Companies can say whatever they want in their fine print but it’s not legally binding. If you want to do a class action over this, go for it.
