  Chinese restaurant; its common round my area for chinese places to put a 1 in the title. Like “No. 1 Chinese Kitchen” which we lovingly call “No One Chinese Kitchen”

      8 is a lucky number in China because it’s pronounced similarly to the word for wealth/riches.
