  What exactly is it supposed to be a parody of?

  Just because someone uses it to try to be funny, does not make it parody. It doesn’t make it sarcasm. It doesn’t make it ironic. People love to use all of those incorrectly.

    I guess they were a parody account of him earlier but they changed their mind later.
