I hate that I recognize the software behind the screenshot of his termination ticket.

Its situations like that, that make me happy to have made the choice to exit the private sector and deal with the bureaucracy and equally maddening public sector issues. But at least the public sector is dealing with people and not blind policy making workflows that are impossible to interrupt.

People can be frustrating but at least you can get something done with people.
