  There was a meme a while back that done there was nobody with blue hair or nonbinary at the barrista, that their coffee was going to suck.

  This is kind of a continuation of that meme.

  I think it refers to “a cup of Joe” and that they are falling in love with “Joe”. Although, it’s a bit of a stretch.
