Green Squadron (stealth / intelligence experts at finding monsters) failing to recognize a monster?
Remember that Suzukiri / Yellow Jr. Rank1 instantly recognized Fighter D in Ep. 1.
Occam’s Razor is that Green Squadron recognized that Fighter D is actually reasonable at stealth / subterfuge and decided that Green Squadron was the best place for him.
