I really thought it’s going to be an absolute shitpost of an anime but turns out it’s actually a masterpiece in disguise.

I really appreciate how incredibly versatile animators had to be to create all those creative animations.

I had a great time watching this show. I need to check the source material sometime.

Looks very promising. Hopefully it’s a new entry rather than reboot.

Finally best girl shows up! Not only that but entire episode is dedicated to her. The setup was obvious but still I didn’t expect Iruma to play everything out so perfectly. I could sense his aura from the moment the party started. Also this accidental almost confession. Perfect.

This anime had probably the strongest first episode I’ve ever seen. If the whole series went this strong I’d l give it perfect 10/10 but I feel like that would be just impossible. Still it was really good. Kaguya’s VA did an excellent job bringing Kanan to life! The characters were cute and funny I could watch this whole day.

Also season 2 announced!

This was such a nice and wholesome show, quite short yet great story. I really like the villainess genre and although this has been a very unusual entry in this category I still really enjoyed it.
It felt unusual because the main character this time was a prince not a villainess. I really liked the concept that the right amount of silly can break even the hardest stone heart.

The production quality was also amazing. Really liked the design and the execution.

When they were throwing a bouquet I thought it was going to be Heronia who’s going to catch it but I guess her fate was left to our imagination.

When I was starting this show I didn’t expect it to have WW I like battles with possibly mechas in the future episodes…

Just date for real already 😭

Yeah it’s confusing but not surprising coming from a company that now pushes AI translations and subdubs. Profits above anything else.

Kuriki or whatever her name is got really bad timing. She would have no problem to be with Amamiya but now he’s way to deep in love with Koyuki.

I hope it’s not the last time we saw her.

Translations quality has been spiraling downwards since last 6 or 7 years. At this point I’m even more motivated to learn just so I can disable subs completely. Fan subs are not going back after all.
I still suck at reading but last time I picked up some raw Japanese manga I was surprised how different the characters seemed compared to translations. The subtle differences in characters speech make a really huge difference.

Glasses freak got corrected, Will got a sweet hug from Elfie and now they’re fighting over him. Idc if it’s cheesy, it’s very entertaining. Can’t wait for the next episode.

I’m glad he’s more or less reasonable. I can’t wait for Akane to prove him wrong though!

Both sisters are crazy 😭 Thankfully he knows how to handle them perfectly even if he does that unconsciously.

The way they care about each other is so sweet. At this point they are more human than some humans. They deserve a happy ending.

Satsuki might become a romance writer if things will keep going this way…
