Comment on Who should america be more concerned about MS-13 or Russia?
MacNCheezus@lemmy.today 4 days agoUltimately, the investigation did not establish that the Campaign coordinated or conspired with the Russian government in its election-interference activities. (p. 181)
Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him. (p. 214)
This is literally the definition of “inconclusive evidence”.

Were these my claims?
I firmly believe, and the evidence supports, Russia has deployed a widespread disinformation campaign against America and has infiltrated the highest levels of government.
I mean. Yeah. They were.

TBF, the report DID find some evidence of these things, just not enough to be meaningfully prosecutable.

Right, so… I’m going to stop you right here. The moment you open with your little schoolyard insult- I stopped reading and checked your comment history.
Because who you are is a direct image projected by what you say. And I like to know who I’m talking to.
Apparently you’re a child.
I don’t discuss adult topics with children.

Not coordinated doesn’t mean Russians didn’t influence, which is the topic discussed…

I still don’t see how that makes them more dangerous to Americans than violent foreign gangs. MS-13 are known to chop people up with machetes, the US government generally is not, no matter who’s president. Sure, they certainly have the means to be a massive pain in the butt, but unless you’re convicted first degree murder or threaten the police with a deadly weapon, they’ll generally leave you alive and with all your limbs intact.

Look at the US right now, you’ll see how.
MacNCheezus@lemmy.today 3 days ago
Could you be more precise? Because I don’t really have a problem with foreign criminal gang members getting deported, especially if they came here illegally in the first place. No country has an obligation to harbor criminal aliens within their borders.
