  1000% agree. Running e/os on fairphone and installed fdroid.

  I don’t have 100% parity with my old samsung, but it’s a damn close 98%.

  and I don’t need to be concerned with my data being harvested nearly as much since I’m outside the google garden.

  Especially on mobile FOSS often makes a big difference to user experience cleanness, not just privacy/freedom that you’ll be glad for later.
