Not trying to defend Nazis, they’re the worst and are all burning in hell but, you know, at least they had something.
Its extremely disturbing, im very hesitant to use the word fascism (as it has been massively over used muting its true meaning) but what we are now seeing is just that. I pray Americans can find a way to stop this insanity.
No. The meaning has been true for a while. People just ignored the signs because it was inconvenient to stamp it out sooner.

I’ve been seeing the US slide into fascism for the past 20 years. As long as I’ve been politically aware. Bush Jr set the stage of this problem and while none of the Democrats have been actively fascist, they also haven’t done anyway thing to reverse course either.
People aren’t rolling their eyes. They’re turning their head because they don’t want to face reality.
No it hasn’t. It’s just that whenever you call a facist a facist they say “You call everyone a facist!”. This is how they work - they deny, delay and downplay any critique.

Around 15 years ago i explained to friend how to prep a society for genocide. I used left handed people in my example. Over the last few years i have seen it Play out almost exactly.
